Overview
We designed MKP with privacy by default: journals encrypted on the device, sermon-only corpus, and human approval before publishing.
What We Collect
- Account basics (email, church, role) to set up your access.
- Sermon files uploaded by pastors/media teams for weekly discipleship.
- Engagement signals (e.g., nudge opened) in aggregate to improve the experience.
Journals (Zero-Knowledge)
Your personal journals are encrypted on your device (AES-GCM). MKP cannot read them. We never store plaintext journals on our servers.
Audio & Transcripts
- Audio is deleted within 1–12 hours after processing.
- Transcripts are retained per tier: T1=90 days, T2=365 days, T3=5 years.
- We use a closed corpus: only the uploaded sermon drives content.
Cookies & Tracking
We do not sell data or run ad trackers. Any analytics are privacy-respecting and used to improve discipleship, not advertising.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Limited processors (e.g., cloud hosting, error logging) are bound by contracts and used only to provide the service.
Security
- Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
- Access controls, audit logging, and incident response procedures.
- Least-privilege engineering; budgets and caps to prevent misuse.
